This morning the NSRI hosted a brunch in the Helderberg Basin for retired crew and retired supporters. Kim Gresse invited Greg Bertish to come and share his story of amazing adventures and accomplishments after recovering from open heart surgery (twice).
Greg challenged everyone and inspired them with his dream of sailing a little Optimist to bring a message of hope; and by the time he was done there was not a dry eye in the room.
