The Paddle 4 Presents initiative aims to raise funds for the www.friendsofthehospital.org association at Red Cross Hospital, as well as collect 100s of presents that we deliver before Christmas to all the children.
This years event marked the 3rd consecutive Paddle4Presents in Cape Town. Over the last few years it has grown from strength to strength and the support received is always absolutely mindblowing. The event took place on the evening of the 12th November at the new SUP Cape Town behind the CTICC. With just under a 100 paddlers on the water and under a 100 supporters it was a festive evening filled with good food from Ardi’s and some very happy raffle winners!
In total the Cape Town event managed to raise over R15 000 for the Friends Of the Red Cross Childrens Hospital Association and a truck full over presents, we have not counted them yet but we are pretty sure there are over 400 beautifully wrapped gifts just waiting to be delivered! As well as a massive box of goodies donated from the Save Foundation.
